Check-in time at the Hotel is 3:00 PM (local time). Estimated check-out time is 12:00 PM (local time).

Late Check-Out
If the Guest's check-out time is extended from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the Hotel will charge the Guest 50% of the room rate for the current day for the corresponding room category. If the Guest remains at the Hotel after 6:00 PM, the Hotel will charge the full room rate for the current day for the corresponding room category.

Early Check-In
If the Guest checks in at the Hotel before check-in time between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM on the day of arrival, the Hotel will charge an additional 100% of the room rate for the current day for the corresponding room category. If the Guest checks in at the Hotel between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, the Hotel will charge an additional 50% of the room rate for the current day for the corresponding room category.

Guests must notify the Hotel of any changes to their departure date or shortening their stay from their confirmed reservation at least 24 hours (12:00 PM) prior to their actual departure date. If the Guest notifies the Hotel of a shortened stay less than 24 hours prior to their actual departure date, the Hotel will retain 100% of the daily room rate.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation.

Children under 18 years of age staying with their parents or legal guardians without a separate bed are free of charge. A crib for children under 3 years of age is provided free of charge.

If a reservation is cancelled, a refund will be issued within 30 days to the card used for payment.

In the event of a refund, the actual crediting of funds to the payer's bank card account may take up to 30 days, depending on the terms and conditions, interbank processing centers, and banks involved in the transaction.

Rules for visiting the SPA and aquathermal zone with children.

Children under 16 years of age are permitted to visit the SPA only when accompanied by an adult.
Children under 12 years of age are permitted in the aquathermal zone daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but only under the supervision of an adult.

Swim diapers are required for younger children.
Swimming equipment can be purchased at the SPA reception.
