The rate includes accommodation in the selected room category, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, use of the coffee machine, and non-alcoholic beverages from the minibar. Breakfast and some SPA services are not included in all rates. The exact inclusions are specified in the terms of the selected offer during booking.

Breakfast is served at Zolo restaurant from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM on weekdays and from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.

The hotel features a SPA complex of more than 3,000 m² with an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Access to individual areas depends on the selected rate and services. SPA treatments are booked and charged separately.

For families, there is an 82 m² room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.The suite collection also includes options with a separate living room, kitchen and multiple bedrooms. The largest is the 252 m² Presidential Suite.

Yes. Some room categories are available in different booking options: without a balcony, with a balcony, or with a balcony and a view of the Svisloch River.

Yes. Cots are available for young children. When booking, please specify the number of guests and the children's ages so that the booking system can display suitable accommodation options.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please indicate this when booking your room.

Yes, pets are allowed. If you are planning to travel with a pet, please indicate this when booking, as not all rooms are suitable for stays with animals.
