For wedding banquets, the venue offers a classic round-table seating arrangement, accommodating up to 10 guests per table.

The space can be tailored to suit your wedding concept. Subject to prior arrangement, personalised décor, additional technical equipment, musical entertainment and a bespoke entertainment programme can be organised.
For a private wedding celebration with exclusive use of Grand Astoria Ballroom, the minimum total event budget is BYN 30,000.

Banquet
Three wedding banquet menu options are available: BYN 400 | 440 | 500 per guest.
The menu can be selected according to the format of your celebration and the couple’s gastronomic preferences.
A 10% service charge applies to the cost of banquet services.
Alcoholic beverages are available from BYN 100 per guest. Couples may also arrange to provide their own alcoholic beverages, subject to prior approval by the hotel team.
Non-alcoholic beverages for the wedding celebration are provided by Waldorf Astoria Minsk.

Complimentary Accommodation
For events with a total budget of BYN 30,000 or more, the newlyweds receive complimentary accommodation in a Premier Room with river views. It is an opportunity to conclude your wedding day in comfort and privacy without leaving the hotel.
Special Rates for Wedding Guests
Wedding guests enjoy a 20% discount on the hotel’s current accommodation rates. This allows your loved ones to stay at Waldorf Astoria Minsk and enjoy the celebration without the need to arrange additional transportation after the event.
Wedding Photography
The newlyweds may arrange a wedding photoshoot in the elegant interiors and guest areas of Waldorf Astoria Minsk. Available locations and shooting times are agreed individually to ensure the photoshoot fits seamlessly into the wedding day schedule.
