Pet-friendly accommodation at the hotel

Waldorf Astoria Minsk is a pet-friendly hotel. One pet weighing up to 10 kg is permitted per room. A supplementary fee of 60 USD applies for the entire stay. This fee does not apply to guide dogs.

Pets are welcome in most standard rooms; however, restrictions apply to designer rooms and suites. As the number of pet-friendly rooms is limited, we recommend checking availability in advance.

Pet Policy

Upon check-in, please present the original veterinary passport for your pet. The document must show valid proof of vaccination against rabies and other mandatory vaccinations. At least 30 days must have elapsed since the last vaccination, and the vaccination must remain valid for no more than 12 months at the time of check-in.

At the reception desk, you will also be asked to sign a pet accommodation agreement. This document records your pet's details and confirms the owner's liability for any potential damage to hotel property.

Please observe the following rules during your stay:

• pets are not permitted in the breakfast area or the spa complex;
• the owner is responsible for the pet's behavior, cleaning up after the pet, and the preservation of hotel property.
